The following is an example of their diligence and planning: We planned an outdoor bayside wedding and reception.  Unfortunately, the wind on our wedding day was blowing in excess of 25 miles per hour. No problem at all for WNPS team. They had a back-up indoor venue all set to go and the transition was so seamless that no one in the wedding attendance knew we had planned an outdoor reception.

The ceremony, music, food, flowers, and pictures were all perfectly timed with excellent coaching by the WNPS team to keep everyone on schedule. The proverbial herding cats would have been easier than our crew.
